Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) – Joc Pederson tied the game with a solo
homer in the seventh inning, Howie Kendrick’s RBI single gave Los Angeles
the lead later in the frame and the Dodgers topped the Arizona Diamondbacks,
6-4, Saturday night.
Jimmy Rollins singled in Yasmani Grandal with an insurance run in the eighth
inning. Grandal had three hits for the Dodgers, who won their third in a row.
Justin Turner homered and scored three times for Los Angeles.
Paul Goldschmidt belted a two-run homer and Aaron Hill added a solo shot for
the Diamondbacks, losers of six of their last eight contests. They’ll try to
avoid a three-game sweep Sunday afternoon.
