San Diego, CA (SportsNetwork.com) – The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim
acquired catcher Drew Butera from the Dodgers on Tuesday.
Butera appeared in 61 games for the Dodgers last season and batted just .188
with three home runs and 14 RBI.
A career .183 hitter, Butera broke into the big leagues with the Minnesota
Twins in 2010 and stayed there until 2013 when he was shipped to the Dodgers
for a player to be named later.
